Tinta Martins

The red grape variety (also Tinto Martins) originates from Portugal. According to a DNA analysis carried out in 2020, it comes from a presumably natural cross between Marufo x Graciano. It is cultivated in the Alentejo area, as well as in the Centro and Norte regions. In 2016, ten hectares of vineyards were designated (Kym Anderson).
