The winery, with its headquarters in Santiago (Chile), was founded in 1993 by a group of Chileans led by the Frenchman Henri Marionett. The name means "noble earth". The vineyards in the Casablanca, Colchagua and Maule areas cover 120 hectares of vines. They are planted with the varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Chardonnay, Malbec (Cot), Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. The wines are produced in the Gran Reserva, Reserva, Varietal and Valle Andino lines. One of the top wines is "Gran Reserva Merlot".
