This white grape variety is a new cross between Muscat d'Hamburg x Pirovano 62. Synonyms or breeding numbers are Dalmasso 18-24, Dalmasso XVIII-24 and I. D. XVIII/24. The cross was made in Conegliano (Veneto) by the Italian breeder Giovanni Dalmasso (1886-1974). It is mainly used as table grape. With the same parents, the varieties Giovanna, Liana and Viola were created. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
