The winery is located near the municipality of Filiria in the Goumenissa appellation in the Greek region of Macedonia. The Tatsis family immigrated here from Eastern Rumelia (today Bulgaria) and acquired the first vineyards in 1924. Today the farm is run by the third generation of the family, Stergios and Periklis Tatsis. The vineyards cover 13 hectares, which are planted with the red wine varieties Negoska, Xynomavro (the two main varieties), Limnio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cinsaut, and the white wine varieties Roditis, Malagouzia, Chardonnay. Since 1998, the vineyard has been managed according to the guidelines of organic farming. The wines are aged exclusively in French and American barriques. Red, rosé and white wines OPAP Goumenissa (quality wines) and Topikos Oinos (country wines) are produced.
