Sweet mouth

Single location in the municipality of Kleinbottwar (Württembergisch Unterland area) in the German Württemberg growing region, which is embedded in the Oberer Berg location. It has been known since the 16th century. The name refers to the high quality of the wines. The vineyard, which faces south-southwest to south-west, at an altitude of 230 to 340 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 35 to 60%, comprises five hectares of vines. The clayey-clayey soil, which is rich in stones, especially in the upper area, consists of keuper and coloured marl. Riesling is cultivated here above all. The vineyard is solely owned by the Adelmann Winery.
