Summer dump

Single location in the municipality of Bombach (Breisgau area) in the German Baden growing region. The vineyards, which face southwest to south-southeast and have a slope gradient of 10 to 30%, comprise 36 hectares of vineyards on clayey, iron-rich shell limestone soils with a loess content. The Burgundy varieties Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir), Weißburgunder(Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder(Pinot Gris) are mainly cultivated here. Shares in the vineyard are held, for example, by the Huber Bernhard, Schätzle Leopold and Waßmer Fritz vineyards. There are further individual sites called Sommerhalde in the Württemberg municipalities of Eberstadt, Korb and Reutlingen.
