The vineyards, which face southwest to south-southeast and have a slope gradient of 10 to 30%, comprise 36 hectares of vineyards on clayey, iron-rich shell limestone soils with a loess content. The Burgundy varieties Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir), Weißburgunder(Pinot Blanc) and Grauburgunder(Pinot Gris) are mainly cultivated here.
