The "Ferienweingut Peter Stübinger" is located in the municipality of Leinsweiler (Südliche Weinstraße area) in the German wine-growing region of Pfalz. It is run by Peter Stübinger, the third generation of his family to do so. A holiday flat business and a wine tavern are attached. For those interested, hikes are organised on a wine nature trail with lots of information about and around wine. The vineyards cover 12 hectares in the single vineyard Leinsweiler Sonnenberg. They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Silvaner, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Müller-Thurgau, Scheurebe, Bacchus, Ortega, Siegerrebe and Huxelrebe, as well as with the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, St. Laurent, Dunkelfelder, Blauer Portugieser and Merlot. The extensive product range includes red, white and rosé wines, Weissherbst and bottle-fermented hand-shaken sparkling wines. The premium line includes the "Riesling Live Act Edition Daniel Stübinger", as well as the single-vineyard wines "Pinot Blanc Limestone" and "Pinot Gris Limestone". In addition, wine vinegar, noble brandies from our own distillery (wine, fruit, yeast, pomace, grape, herbs), wine jelly, grape seed oil, apple juice and grape juice are also produced.
