The "Weinmanufaktur Clemens Strobl", based in Kirchberg am Wagram, was founded by Clemens Strobl in 2008. The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vineyards in two Lower Austrian wine-growing regions. The focus is on the Wagram, where the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir, St. Laurent and Zweigelt are cultivated. In Kremstal, Riesling is cultivated on the Pfaffenberg. In the vineyard, work is done by hand "with respect for nature". Since 2018, the winery has been certified according to the rules of organic viticulture of the Austria Bio Garantie.
The Wine lexicon helps me to keep up to date and refresh my knowledge. Thank you for this Lexicon that will never end in terms of topicality! That's what makes it so exciting to come back often.
