Smell of roast

Description for smell and taste of a wine in the context of a wine address. In combination with roasted wood aromas, the animal-like aromas remind of roasted meat. In addition, there are often spice and herbal aromas and perhaps also soya, which overall comes very close to the aroma of roast meat (roast stock). The aroma is typical for certain red wine varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah or Xinomavro and is mainly found only in older, mature red wines.
