The red grape variety originates from Romania. Synonyms are Grecvheskii Rozovyi, Kolik, Majarcă Rosie, Marokanskii Vinograd, Pamid Roshio, Piros Szlanka, Poma Roma and Slankamenka Rozovaya. It is a somatic mutation with spelt-red berries of the white grape variety Slankamenkaä. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
