The white grape variety (also Sirmimum) is a new cross between Sauvignon Blanc x Smederevka (Dimyat). The cross was made by the breeder Dragoslav Milisavljevic in Vojvodina in Serbia. Plant variety protection was granted in 1970. The vine is sensitive to frost and susceptible to botrytis. No stock was recorded in 2016 (Kym Anderson).

For my many years of work as an editor with a wine and culinary focus, I always like to inform myself about special questions at Wine lexicon. Spontaneous reading and following links often leads to exciting discoveries in the wide world of wine.
