The 12 white wines are Carricante, Catarratto Bianco, Chardonnay, Damaschino, Fiano, Grecanico(Garganega), Grillo, Inzolia or Ansonica, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Grigio(Pinot Gris), Sauvignon(Sauvignon Blanc) and Viognier.
