The vineyards cover 15 hectares of vines in the single vineyard sites Bildstock, Brückchen, Findling, Hipping, Kirchplatte, Klostergarten, Ölberg, Orbel, Paterberg, Pettenthal, Rosenberg and Spiegelberg. More than two thirds of the vineyards are planted with Riesling (10.5 ha), as well as Müller-Thurgau (3.7 ha), Silvaner (1.2 ha), Kerner (1 ha), Dornfelder, Pinot Blanc, Scheurebe, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Siegerrebe. In suitable years, Beerenauslesen and Trockenbeerenauslesen are also vinified. Fine brandies (yeast, marc), grape juice, sparkling wine and bottle-fermented sparkling wine are also produced.

The glossary is a monumental achievement and one of the most important contributions to wine knowledge. Of all the encyclopaedias I use on the subject of wine, it is by far the most important. That was the case ten years ago and it hasn't changed since.
