The winery is located in the community of Heimschuh in the Austrian wine-growing region of Southern Styria. The traditional company has been family-owned since 1870. Today the fourth generation, Heide and Johann Schneeberger, and the fifth generation, Hansi and Sarina and their daughters Martina with husband Roman Gaschler and Margret and Walter Reinprecht, are all involved in winegrowing. A Buschenschank is also operated. The vineyards comprise 100 hectares of vines in the sometimes particularly steep locations of Sausal, Kreuzegg, Flamberg and Kittenberg. They are planted with the white wine varieties Morillon(Chardonnay), Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc,Pinot Blanc, Rivaner(Müller-Thurgau), Sämling 88(Scheurebe), Traminer and Welschriesling, as well as the red wine varieties Blauer Wildbacher and Zweigelt. An environmentally friendly cultivation is carried out according to the company motto "in harmony with nature".
