Sauvignon Gryn

The white grape variety (cultivation no. WE 69-630-13) is a new variety between Sauvignon Blanc x Riesling. By the way, the two varieties Sauvignon Cita and Sauvignon Sary were created with the same parents. The cross was made in 1969 at the State Teaching and Research Institute Weinsberg in Württemberg. The plant variety protection was granted in 2013. The late maturing vine is resistant to botrytis. It produces fruity white wines that correspond to the characteristics of the parent varieties and are also suitable for sweet wines.
