The zone includes the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto, and parts of the municipalities of Crotone and Cutro in the province of Crotone. Rosso and Rosato are blended from Gaglioppo (40-60%), as well as any use of Malvasia Nera di Brindisi, Nocera, Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Malvasia Bianca Lunga and Greco Bianco (max. 40-60%, the two white varieties max. 35%).
