IGT area (country wines) for white, red and rosé wines in the Italian region of Lombardy. It covers three hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Commessaggio, Sabbioneta and Viadana in the province of Mantova. Grape varieties authorised in the region may be used. Varietal wines must contain at least 85% of the variety in question, up to 15% may be other varieties. Different for each wine type, a minimum alcohol content is prescribed, but no maturation period.
For me, Lexicon from wein.plus is the most comprehensive and best source of information about wine currently available.
