Sabaté

The red grape variety (also Sabater) originates from Spain. The parentage is unknown. It is a parent of the Manto Negro variety. The vine is cultivated on the Balearic main island of Mallorca. However, no stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
