The south-west to west-facing vineyards with 25 to 60% slopes cover 26 hectares of vineyards on stony and partly loamy clay-slate weathered soils. Riesling is the main variety cultivated here. Shares are held, for example, by the wineries Berweiler-Merges, Clüsserath-Eifel, Clüsserath Ansgar, Eifel Christoph, Eifel Franz-Josef, Losen-Bockstanz, Milz Josef and Schmitt Heinz.
