Ronco

In the Italian Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Emilia-Romagna, common name for terraced vineyards (plural is Ronchi), which is also used as part of wine designations. Other designations for areas of outstanding quality are Bricco, Colli, Serra, Sori and Vigna. See also under vineyard area.
