Quinta

Portuguese term for a vineyard (or agricultural estate) consisting of vineyards and buildings, especially in the Douro valley. Some branded wines also have this attribute in their name. The name Quinta corresponds to the French terms Château or Domaine and the Italian Tenuta. A "Single Quinta Vintage Port" is a type of port wine whose wines come from a single vineyard.
