This small appellation is located in central France in the Loire wine region, in the vicinity of the Reuilly appellation. The vineyards cover 175 hectares of vineyards on a gravel plateau on the left bank of the Loire tributary Cher. The white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc. Well-known producers are Domaine de Maison Blanche, Domaine Mardon, Domaine Meunier, Domaine de Selice and Jean-Michel Sorbe.
