Quassaic

The red grape variety is an interspecific new variety between Clinton x Muscat d'Hamburg. It contains genes from Vitis labrusca, Vitis riparia and Vitis vinifera. The hybrid was crossed in the USA in 1870. Sir is mainly used as table grape. In 2016 no stocks were reported (statistics Kym Anderson).
