Premium Estates of Austria

The association of renowned Austrian producers of wine and spirits was founded in 2004. Member companies are the five wineries Heinrich Gernot (Gols, Burgenland), Loimer Fred (Langenlois, Lower Austria) including Schellmann (Gumpoldskirchen, Lower Austria), Sattlerhof (Gamlitz-Sernau, Styria) and Wieninger (Vienna), as well as the vinegar and noble brandy manufactory Gölles (Riegersburg, Styria). Andreas Wickhoff(Master of Wine) acts as managing director and central contact person. He is partly involved in the production, but mainly travels around the globe and takes care of the distribution of wines and spirits in about 30 countries. The focus is on the development and expansion of the market in the new countries of the European Union as well as in the USA and the Asia-Pacific region. In the latter there is support from the wine journalist and wine critic Joel B. Payne.
