Poussier Olivier

The French sommelier Olivier Poussier (1964) attended the Tecomah hotel management school in Jouy-en-Josas, then worked in the famous restaurant "Tour d'Argent" (Paris) and in the five-star hotel "Connaught" (London). He is head sommelier of the famous "Lenôtre", which runs several restaurants. From the 2005 vintage onwards he took over the responsibility for the wine guide "Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France" (until then Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve). Poussier was named France's best sommelier in 1990 and world sommelier champion in 2000.
