The winery is located in the municipality of Apetlon in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). It is run by brothers Peter and Christoph Münzenrieder - the name "PMC" is derived from the first letters of their first names and their surname. Peter Münzenrieder is responsible for marketing and sales, Christoph Münzenrieder for grape production and vinification.

Vineyards & grape varieties

The vineyards cover 18 hectares of vines in the Dorn, Hollabern, Illmitzer Weg, Neubruch, Römerstein, Siebenmahd and Tiglat vineyards. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Bouvier, Scheurebe and Neuburger, and 45% with the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir.
