There are two grape varieties with this name:
The red grape variety (also PPFM X TC 15/3) is a new cross between (Picpoul x Frankovka Modrá) x Tramín Cervený 15/3 =(Piquepoul Blanc x Blaufränkisch) x Traminer. The cross was made in 1951 in Slovakia by Dorata Pospisilova. It is used as a wine grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
The white grape variety (also Georgia 1-11-2) is an intergeneric new variety between Higgins x Granny Val. Genes from Muscadinia rotundifolia and Vitis vinifera are present. Intergeneric means that two different grapevine genera were used (see grapevine systematics). The crossing of the hybrids was done in the USA by B. O Fry. The variety is mainly used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
For me, Lexicon from wein.plus is the most comprehensive and best source of information about wine currently available.
