The winery with its headquarters in the municipality of Deutschkreutz (district of Oberpullendorf) is located in the Austrian wine-growing region of Mittelburgenland( Burgenland ).The traditional family has been engaged in viticulture and agriculture since the 19th century. The farm is managed by Gerhard Pfneisl. The company motto is "BORN 2 MAKE WINE". The vineyards cover 23 hectares. The majority is planted at the headquarters in Deutschkreutz or its "old wine mountain", of which 90% are red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt , Pinot Noir, Merlot , Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz ( Syrah ), and 10% white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner,Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier ausmachen.
