Producer description of "Weinmanufaktur Wolfgang Pfaffmann"

The "Weinmanufaktur Wolfgang Pfaffmann" is located in the municipality of Landau (Südliche Weinstraße area) in the German wine-growing region of Four guest rooms with a view over the Rhine valley are attached. Today, the tradition-rich business is run by the fifth generation of the family Wolfgang Pfaffmann and his wife Susanne. According to the philosophy of the house, they see themselves as a handicraft business that wants to convince with individuality and not with mass. The grapes are selected through careful care of the vineyard and (if possible) manual harvesting. They believe in and live by the motto "Quality comes from the vineyard and can only be accompanied in the cellar".
