Perigo

The white grape variety (also Peringo) originates from Portugal. The parentage is unknown. It is grown in small quantities in the Algarve (2 ha) and Alentejo (1 ha) areas and in the Centro region. In 2016, a total of five hectares of vines were designated (Kym Anderson statistics).
