Passe-Tout-Grain

The French term literally means "all the berries go through" or in other words "all the grapes are mixed together". This means that all the grapes of a vineyard are harvested and processed together - a mixed set. In Burgundy there is also an appellation called Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grain.
