The winery is located in the municipality of Jois in the Burgenland wine-growing region of Neusiedlersee (Austria). The family has been involved in viticulture since the 17th century. Martin Pasler took over his parents' business in 1994 after years of apprenticeship and travel in the leading wineries of Germany, France and Australia. The winemaker has set himself the lofty goal of ensuring that his wines are among the best in the world. The vineyards cover 11 hectares of vines, some of which are 80 years old. The red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Goldburger and Neuburger are cultivated. The quality criteria are selective pruning, strong yield reduction and selective hand harvesting with several harvest passes. Premium wines are Cuvée "W" (Chardonnay Spätlese), Cuvée "R" (Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zweigelt), Zweigelt "Z" from old vines, as well as noble sweet Trockenbeerenauslese. Around 70,000 bottles of wine are produced annually.
