The producers' association from the Neusiedlersee winegrowing region in the Burgenland winegrowing region (Austria) was founded in 1998. Originally there were 44 winegrowers from the municipality of Gols. In the meantime, it has now been reduced to a "hard core" of seven winegrowers, which has, however, grown into one of the largest winegrowing businesses in Burgenland. These are Harald Lehner (management), Hans Achs, Stephanie Achs, Christian Burda, Raimund Burda, Matthias Meixner and Hans Weis. Combining the expertise of the individual winemakers and merging the cellar technology were also at the forefront. The trend-setting idea was and is to jointly create a high-quality wine brand that represents Golser wine as a whole and thus unites all grape varieties and wine types under itself. The wines are marketed under the label "Golser Wein". The main grape varieties are Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Bouvier, Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger, Weißburgunder. Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir.
