The young champagne house with headquarters in Reims was founded in 1981 by the wine broker of the same name. The long-lasting champagnes are aged very dry. The brands "Première Cuvée" (partly fermented in barrels), "Réserve Privée" (slightly sparkling), a vintage champagne (with artist labels and the disgorging date) and the "Ne Plus Ultra" (matured for eight years), first produced in 2000, are marketed. Around 600,000 bottles are produced annually.
The wein.plus encyclopaedia is a comprehensive, well-researched reference work. Available anytime and anywhere, it has become an indispensable part of teaching, used by students and myself alike. Highly recommended!
