Osterberg

One of the Alsace (Haut-Rhin) sites classified as Grand Cru within the Alsace Grand Cru appellation. It borders on the Geisberg. The vineyards cover 25 hectares of vineyards on stony clay soil in the commune of Ribeauvillé. They are planted with Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris. Well-known producers are André Kientzler, Louis Sipp, Sipp-Mack, Trimbach (without mentioning the cru name) and CV Vieil-Armand.
