Óbidos

DOC area for red and white wines in the region of Extremadura in central-western Portugal. It is named after the town of the same name. The wines are mainly made from the indigenous varieties Arinto, Bastardo, Camarate (Castelão Nacional), Fernão Pires, Periquita, Rabo de Ovelha, Preto Martinho, Tinta Miúda and Vital.
