The white grape variety (also Muscat Bouquet) is a new variety between Riesling x Muscat St. Laurent. The crossing was made by the French breeder Christian Oberlin (1831-1915) in Colmar(Alsace, France). By the way, the varieties Bouquet Riesling, Diamond Muscat, Edelmuskat, Feinmuskat, Feinriesling, Firn Riesling, Marienriesling, Muscat de la Republique, Muscat Dore de Semis, Muscat Flower, Muscat Fragrance and Muscat Riesling were created with the same parents. In 2016 no stock was reported (statistics Kym Anderson).
