Nerona

The red grape variety is a new variety between (Moscatello Rosa x Atomica) x (Cardinal x Sultana). It is not clear which variety the Moscatello Rosa is; either Moscatel Rosado or a colour mutation of Muscat Blanc. The cross was made in Argentina by the private breeder Angel A. Gargiulo. It is mainly used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
