The white grape variety originates from Spain. Synonyms are Negramoll Rosada, Mollar Cano Rosado and Mulata. It is a somatic mutation with reddish berries of the red grape variety Negramoll. The vine is used as a wine press and table grape. It is cultivated in small quantities in the Canary Islands (Tenerife). However, no stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
There is a vast number of sources on the web where one can acquire knowledge about wine. But none has the scope, timeliness and accuracy of the information in the encyclopaedia at wein.plus. I use it regularly and rely on it.
