Nardò

DOC area for red wine and rosé wine in the Italian region of Puglia. The zone includes the municipalities of Nardò and Porto Cesareo in the province of Lecce. The wine types Rosso (also as longer matured Riserva) and Rosato are produced from Negroamaro (80%), as well as Malvasia Nera di Lecce or the variety Malvasia Nera di Brindisi and/or Montepulciano (max. 20%).
