Nagl

Austrian - especially in Vienna - term for the rest of fruit and vegetables, for example in a basket, but also for the remaining rest of wine in a bottle or in a glass. The dialect expression is derived from "zur Neige (Nagl) gehen" and has nothing to do with the nail.
