The farm is located in the municipality of Hohenruppersdorf north-east of Wien in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Weinviertel. Christian Mrozowski, a career changer, was one of the best sports photographers in Austria and head of photography for "Sportmagazin" in Wien. The start in viticulture was made with one third of a hectare, today the vineyards already cover 5.5 hectares of vineyards in, for example, the vineyards Auflangen and Wartberg. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Welschriesling, as well as the red wine varieties Zweigelt, Blauburger and Merlot. The vineyards are cultivated strictly according to organic viticulture criteria. Weak shoots are broken off and the foliage is kept high and airy until the grapes are optimally ripe. By thinning out in late summer, only the strongest grapes remain on the vine. The subsequent vinification is designed to be as gentle as possible, from the manual harvest to the ageing process. The wine is pressed at Biohof Prasch, which also provides the space for the tanks. The premium wines include, for example, Grüner Veltliner Wartberg and the red wine cuvée "Ferdinand" (Zweigelt, Blauburger, Merlot).
