DOC area for white sweet wine or liqueur wine in the Italian region of Apulia. The vineyards of the zone cover 11 hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Andria, Canosa, Barletta, Bisceglie, Bitonto, Corato, Minervino Murge, Ruvo di Puglia, Terlizzio and Trani in the province of Bari, and Trinitapoli in the province of Foggia. Dolce naturale is made from Moscato di Trani = Muscat Blanc (85%) and other authorised aromatic Muscat varieties (max. 15%) and must have an alcohol content of at least 10% by volume. There is also a Liquoroso of an alcoholic strength by volume of at least 16%.
