mise en bouteille

French term for "bottling"; mis en bouteille means "bottled". Mis (e) en bouteille á la propriété means producer bottling. The more sophisticated estate bottling is called mis (e) en bouteille au château, especially in Bordeaux, or mis(e) en bouteille au domaine, especially in Burgundy.
