The world's largest organic trade fair has been held since 1993. It is the world's largest marketplace for organic alcoholic beverages. The main objective is to promote high-quality alcoholic beverages such as wine, spirits, beers and cider. Participants are producers, wine merchants and sommeliers. In 2007, the wine competition "Challenge Millésime Bio" was founded by winemakers of the SudVinBio association. At the same time, there is an enoteca where all organic wines represented at the fair can be freely tasted. Among them are also those that were awarded a medal at the wine competition. The event's supporting programme includes a conference programme and masterclasses dealing with the major challenges of organic farming. There were around 1,500 exhibitors and more than 7,500 buyers from 52 countries at the 2022 fair held in Montpellier.

The glossary is a monumental achievement and one of the most important contributions to wine knowledge. Of all the encyclopaedias I use on the subject of wine, it is by far the most important. That was the case ten years ago and it hasn't changed since.
