Microvinification

Designation for the ageing of wines in small containers for hobby winegrowing, with which one can produce small quantities of wine in the living room, so to speak. Small fermentation and control systems are offered for this purpose. Such small systems are also used by larger companies, for example to test the effects of different yeasts and processing methods.
