The "Stiftsweingut Frank Meyer" is located in the municipality of Klingenmünster (Südliche Weinstraße area) in the German wine-growing region of Pfalz. It has been run by Frank and Manuela Meyer since 1992. The historic wine cellar probably dates back to the 7th century and once belonged to a Benedictine monastery. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vines in the single vineyard Maria Magdalena (Klingenmünster). They are planted with the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau and Rieslaner, as well as the red wine varieties Pinot Noir and Blauer Portugieser. In the vineyard, the harvest is reduced by up to 50 percent.
