Markowisch Gerhard - Weingutsgebäude

In 2002, a new three-storey cellar building was put into operation, equipped according to the latest standards. The extensive product range is divided into a three-tiered system of origin (site wines, regional wines and local wines). The premium wines include the spontaneously macerated red wine cuvée M1 (80% Merlot, 20% Blaufränkisch), which is aged for 24 months. In years with suitable weather conditions, a Trockenbeerenauslese from Chardonnay is also pressed. The winery is a member of the Rubin Carnuntum, Tu Felix Austria and Traditionsweingüter Österreich wine associations.
