The "Wein und Schnaps Mariell" winery is located in the municipality of Großhöflein in the Leithaberg wine-growing region of Burgenland (Austria). It has been run by Gabi and Richard Mariel since 1993. The vineyards cover eight hectares of vines in the Glaggsatz, Haussatz, Krapflried, Reisbühel, Neusatz and Point am Leithagebirge sites, as well as Fölligberg and Kreuzweingarten am Föllig. They are planted with the red wine varieties Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt,Pinot Noir, St. Laur ent and Cabernet Sauvignon, and one third with the white wine varieties Chardonnay, Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller, Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc. Since 2008, the vineyards have been cultivated organically.
