The winery is located in the municipality of Kitzeck im Sausal in the Austrian wine-growing region of South Styria. A wine tavern is attached. A newly built cellar on three floors for the purpose of gentle grape processing was opened in 2003. The winery is run by Anton Malli and his wife Johanna, who are assisted by their son Bernhard, who graduated from viticulture school Silberberg after graduating from viticulture school. The vineyards cover four hectares of vines with south-south-west exposure and slopes up to over 80% in the "Natura 2000" area (EU project for the conservation of flora, fauna and habitats worthy of protection). They are planted with the white wine varieties Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Yellow Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Silvaner and Chardonnay, as well as with the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. Quality criteria are reduced yield, optimal harvest time, hand-picked selected grape material, and fast processing. The white wines are matured in steel tanks, the red wines in barriques. Noble brandies (wine, grapes, fruit) and frizzante are also produced.
